English grown and malted Maris Otter provide the backbone for this malt heavy English Ale while small amounts of Crystal and Biscuit malts provide sweet raisin, biscuit and dried fruit flavours. Delicately hopped with the traditional English hops of East Kent Goldings and Fuggle, bring a mixture of floral, earthy and lifted blackberry aromas.

Long before bridges spanned the Thames, London's watermen carried people, goods and stories along the river. This traditional porter is brewed with the mineral-rich spring water of Gibbston's Flek Water, whose profile echoes the waters that shaped the great porters of old. Layers of chocolate malt, toasted crust, and gentle roast drift across a smooth, balanced palate. Rich with history and quietly complex, it's a tribute to the tides that carried the city.

Oats maxxing: Rolled, malted, and crystalized, blended in with light lager for a smooth, protein rich base that’s guaranteed to handle any hop we throw at it. Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic Cryo hops in the whirlpool lock in deep, saturated, tropical fruit notes. Then an extra large dry hop of Peacharine, Rakau, Nelson Sauvin Cryo and Mosaic does the rest.

PARROTDOG  -  RAPTOR  APA

The raptor family includes a surprisingly diverse collection of birds of prey and their kin, and stretches to include some of their fiercer ancestors from the land before time. Pale ale can feel like a similarly broad category, but this one is very much of the more assertive kind. Deep gold with piercing piney bitterness and citrus hop flavours, it’s a throwback to the relatively recent past.
