CELL DIVISION - CHERRY KVASS
A raw sour ale inspired by the traditional Slavic and Baltic fermented beverage called Kvass, made from fermenting rye bread. Brewed with loaves of rye bread and fermented with a sourdough culture and aged on dried sour cherries. This sour ale is a balanced blend of fruit and acid with unique wine-like and marzipan notes imparted by the dried sour cherries.
8 WIRED - DOUBLE SCOOP BOYSENBERRY CHOC STOUT
Our Double Scoop project is a series of deliciously complex pastry stouts brewed with layers of real ingredients to unfold in your glass like a baked liquid delicacy. This Boysenberry Chocolate edition is layered with tones sweet yet tart boysenberry whipped into the depths of a smooth, creamy, chocolate stout. It all melts together for a double helping of a silky stouty treat. Hold the sprinkles.

Once we made the Colar Beer Original, it was clear we needed to make a Vanilla and Cherry. By popular demand and everyone asking, 'What about the Kiwi favourite,' we now present Colar Beer Raspberry!
As with the Cherry, we knew we needed to use real fruit, so get ready to take a bath in Real Raspberry and Cola
Steam - Bretted Quadrupel
Behemoth - Brave Bikkie brown ale
Coconut, cocoa nib brown ale. This beer was originally brewed for Beervana's festive beer 2014. We picked up a gold medal and best in class trophy for it. It has been described as a macaroon, a liquid lamington, a bounty bar in a beer. It is a desert beer without being too sweet. It was a crowd favorite and one of the biggest selling beers at Beervana again in 2015.

Kereru - For great justice coconut porter
This smooth and flavoursome brown porter is our signature beer. Made with all NZ malt and hops. Biscuit, brown, and chocolate malts meld with freshly toasted coconut to greet the senses. Goes very well on handpull and nitro-pour for a creamy finish. Serve cool but not chilled to allow the coconut to shine through.

As with the Colar Beer and Colar Beer Cherry, we are bringing a bit of spice to the game. We want Cherry and Vanilla to head-to-head to see what's your favourite flavoured cola! The really cool part is you can mix and match with these too! Yum, a Cherry Vanilla Cola!
Flavours: The same delicious cola nostalgia as Colar Beer, but dosed with just the right amount of lactose and vanilla. It's like a canned Ice Cream float!

8 wired - saison sauvin
Based on the tradition we have used a French Saison yeast, which provides a plethora of funky, earthy, very "Belgian" flavours. From there we have upped the ante a fair bit by doubling the amount of malt, and thereby the alcohol, and loaded the kettle with punchy Nelson Sauvin hops. Unlike the original, this is not a beer meant to be drunk by the gallon. Moderation is the key for full enjoyment of all great beers.

Responsible on weekdays, because someone has to be. Experimenting with a new US hop blend Sitiva, and accompanied with Eldorado and Mosaic.
Restrained on the abv but still full of flavour, Soft peachy mouthfeel, fresh squeezed lime, mango and a touch of herb… Mid strength for the mid week to get you through hump day because fun and flavour doesn’t just have to be for the weekend!

PARADISE - PROSECCO
Here we have our new Prosecco to replace the Continental Platter Prosecco, which is now made with fruit sourced from the Pizzini family, third generation grape growers based in King Valley, Northeast Victoria, Australia!
A dry, clean and crisp style of Prosecco with nice citrus (lemon, lime, grapefruit) flavour and aroma.
kihi - Tropical fizz cider
This juicy apple cider is a bright explosion of sun-kissed tropical flavours - a fresh-fruit cocktail of crushed pineapple with a twist of fresh lime and orange zest. This one hits like a sunshower in a heatwave - bright, sparkling and dripping cool refreshment. The perfect summer companion, all year round!
